Santa's Elf Tradition:

Santa's elf arrives on the 1st December.

He returns with Santa on Christmas Eve when he tells Santa whether the child has been naughty or nice!

Each day up until Christmas the Elf does a different activity,

Sometimes he's good, eg. drawing pictures, & making Christmas decorations.

Sometimes he's naughty, He may leave toys lying across the floor, or tie shoes together with the laces.

(When he's naughty the child has to show him how to be good, ie tidy up toys and undo what he has done!)
